McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Sophia. Sophia has been recognised by FMG in regards to her professionalism which was described as outstanding. Sophia was also commended by the client for encouraging them to stop her at any time to ask questions while she explained the rig and its associated hazards during a rig induction. She demonstrated great knowledge of the rig, the associated risks and the controls the drill team had implemented. Her attention to safety by supplying hearing protection prior to it being needed was another example of her understanding and level of attention to detail. McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise our wonderful Reception team, Kristen Empson and Jacqui Mason. This years Dooga Day was an incredible team effort, with Dooga Day planning creating a lot of email communication from the raffle, suppliers, permits and quotes. Kristen and Jacqui jumped right in without hesitation to assist with the workload. From sourcing quotes, to creating flyers, to liaising with raffle suppliers and setting up for the day. A huge THANK YOU for your amazing effort that has so far helped raise over $13000 for charity. Well Done Kristen and Jacqui!!!

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Rebecca who did an outstanding job overseeing this years Dooga Day preparation as always. Her dedication and organisational skills were exemplary as she delegated tasks to other work colleagues, booked and organised so many terrific guest speakers, raffle prizes and sponsors. In addition she did all this whilst assisting the HSEQ Manager in completing a mountain of work and preparation for the External ISO Re-certification Audit where we equalled our best ever outcome in one of these audits. The ISO Auditor was also inspired by the Dooga Day initiative and hard work thrown into the event. Well Done Bec!!!
