McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Brett Evans, Rob Cooper, Rig 9, Rig 18 & Rig 31, who have really impressed our clients through the engagement all crew members when conducting their daily pre start meetings. They are well lead by both supervisors who challenge crew members to discuss their planned tasks and hazards, getting the most out of the meeting. Also, the input from the crews is top notch. On multiple occasions our leadership team have been approached by the client with praise, asking if McKay could be the example for all other contractors to follow.
