Attention: McKay Employees
I would like to provide an update on McKay Drilling’s development of a Peer Support Program for all staff. We plan to have this program up and running very soon, apologies to those who have sent their applications through and were not provided with an update sooner.
We are still accepting Expressions of Interest for volunteer Peer Supporters. We encourage all people across all levels within the business to apply.
Peer supporters are people on-site (In field, workshop and office staff), who are trained in the methods of providing support to colleagues and work mates. Our program will be called MCKAY’S MATES.
Please find attached further information about what a Peer Supporter is and the training involved. If this is of interest to you, please complete an Application Form and return it to me at your earliest convenience. Applications will close on 30th November 2021.
Note: If you miss the opportunity to apply, applications will open and close periodically again in 2022.
