Well Done to Jacqui Mason – Performance and People Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Jacqui for always being a friendly, approachable front of house team member who is willing to help at a moments notice. Jacqui was an asset to this years in house Skin Clinic, keeping it running ahead of schedule and keeping attendees informed. Thank you Jacqui, your exceptional customer service skills do not go unnoticed. Great Job!!

Well Done to Bevan Eagle, Alex Crew, Kevin Thobhani, Sergio Poveda, Laura O’Brien & Chris Klinger – Innovation and Performance Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise the Innovation team on their excellent delivery and service skills in regards to Rock5. Major Drilling and McKay Management are thrilled with dedication of the Innovation team to the Rock5 Project, exceeding all expectations with their target delivery of 50 units in 6 months. You should all be incredibly proud of your efforts as individuals and as a team, Well Done!!

Well Done to Charles Peina & Ryan Kennedy – People and Accountability Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Charles and Ryan for showing incredible leadership skills. Charles and Ryan have both done a great job coaching and training less experienced staff around the rig and ensuring they are completing their take 5’s/ triple C’s to a very high standard. They have also been completing their own risk assessments to this same standard set with clients recognising them positively also. Well done for leading by example Charles and Ryan!!

Well Done to Berit Hatschek – Accountability (Commitment to Safety) Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Berit, in the wake of a recent breach at Cloudbreak that saw multiple rigs shut down for a total of 56 shifts and a loss of trust from our valued client one of our employees demonstrated a great deal of courage, commitment and safety leadership when she stopped a job to prevent another potential breach. Berit went above and beyond by remaining steadfast when she respectfully stopped a job. She was firm yet respectful, and this is exactly the behaviour we wish to recognise. Well done, Berit!!

Well Done to Chloe Smith – People (Teamwork) Award

McKay Drilling Management would like to recognise Chloe, who recently went above and beyond with her commitment to the team. With a recent investigation – Chloe sacrificed her normal R&R to ensure the investigation was completed in a concise and timely manner. It is this sort of commitment that should be recognised and rewarded. Thank you, Chloe, for your commitment to your crews, clients, the HSEQ Team and the entire team at McKay Drilling. You are greatly appreciated!!
